My stay was a mixed bag at this budget hotel. The location was decent, close to metro stations, but the overall experience left much to be desired. While the rooms were spacious, I faced issues with service and amenities. I definitely would not recommend staying here for more than a night or two.
Rooms
5.0
The rooms were large and had great air conditioning and Wi-Fi, but they looked older and didn't match the photos on the website. There was no natural light, which was a bummer.
Service
5.0
The staff was generally nice, but I had issues with the overall service. They weren't very helpful, and housekeeping was inconsistent. I even found that a housekeeping staff member watched us during breakfast instead of cleaning.
Location
5.0
The location was okay, with metro stations nearby, but the area wasn't great for walking around at night since it felt dark and unsafe. I had to rely on taxis a lot.
Dining
5.0
Breakfast was pretty limited and lacked quality. It felt more like a basement service with cold coffee and hard bread. I didn't expect much but hoped for more variety.
Facilities
5.0
The hotel facilities were lacking. There was only one elevator that got pretty slow during peak times, and the lack of water on my last day was the final straw.

My stay at 2055 Petit Hotel was a mixed bag. The location was decent and some staff were friendly, but the room quality and service left much to be desired. I encountered several issues that overshadowed any positives.
Rooms
5.0
The room I stayed in lacked natural light, which made it feel cramped and unwelcoming. The bed was uncomfortable, and the furnishings were tired and worn. There was a persistent cigarette smell that was quite unpleasant.
Service
5.0
While some staff were helpful, the overall service was inconsistent. I experienced poor housekeeping and a lack of assistance when needed, particularly upon arrival where my luggage was ignored.
Location
7.0
The hotel is conveniently located near two subway lines and a short walk from cultural sites, though the area felt deserted and unsafe at night.
Dining
5.0
Breakfast options were disappointing. cold coffee and stale bread were the norm, hardly enjoyable.
Facilities
5.0
The hotel had basic facilities, but it lacked the charm you'd expect from a boutique hotel. The elevator service was inadequate during busy periods.

My stay at 2055 Petit Hotel was quite the experience. While I appreciated its location near metro stations and main avenues, the overall service and facilities left much to be desired. The room was not as advertised, lacking natural light and comfort, and the management's handling of issues was frustrating. I left with mixed feelings about the value for money.
Rooms
5.0
The room decor was reminiscent of a college dorm, with two twin beds pushed together and inadequate amenities. Plus, I experienced persistent plumbing issues, with the shower flooding the bathroom every time I used it.
Service
5.0
Service was subpar; the staff often ignored my requests, and I couldn’t even get change for a taxi. They seemed more interested in socializing with other guests rather than assisting me.
Location
8.0
The location was great, offering easy access to public transport and a non-touristic area, which I appreciated. It made getting around Buenos Aires convenient.
Dining
5.0
Breakfast was simple but sufficient for the price. I did find it lacking variety, yet it did the job for my short stay.
Facilities
5.0
Facilities were minimal, with just one slow elevator servicing the hotel and poor maintenance visible throughout. It detracted from my overall experience.

I chose this hotel mainly because of its fantastic location near metro stations and main avenues. While I had some reservations from mixed reviews, I was pleasantly surprised overall. The rooms were spacious and clean, although they lacked direct sunlight, and the lack of a bathroom and small fridge was a bit inconvenient. The staff were friendly, and the breakfast, though simple, was appropriate for the price I'd paid. I'd definitely recommend it for a short stay! 😊

I stayed at 2055 Petit Hotel for two nights, and overall, it was a decent experience. The location is superb, making it easy to explore Buenos Aires, though the room was quite small with no view. The shower was warm, but the brown water from the taps was disappointing. The friendly staff added a nice touch, but the noise from the hallway was unsettling at times.
